About our Workshops

Our aim is to insure all individuals are able to explore the therapeutic nature of the arts. This is where Busy Hands comes in.

We specialise in keeping those hands busy to encourage a quiet mind. Our creative sessions are specialised for those with learning disabilities and mental health issues. However, we are also open to offering our sessions to a wide range of clientele. Our workshops have many proven benefits for the participants such as boosting their self-confidence and emotional intelligence, they’re therapeutic, stimulating, socially inclusive and aim to increase their fine motor skills.

We are also happy to run our workshops at a wide variety of venues including but not exclusive to, residential homes, nursing homes, learning disability services, day centres, complex needs services, supported living and schools.
